Design Thinking 101

One of Accenture’s goals is to train every employee on how to use design thinking.

I lead a team of facilitators. Together we teach a day-long crash course on the Design Thinking methodology and how to use it in their daily work.
Improving Diversity in the Workspace

I led a team of two people where we planned and facilitated a workshop for 30 people from 15 different companies.

These companies were looking looking to implement policies and improve diversity and accessibility in their offices.
LGBTQIA+ Awareness

As part of Pride Month, I gave a talk to my fellow teammates on LGBTQIA+ education, awareness and company policies.

We covered the acronym, gender identity, a brief history of the LGBT+ community, do’s and don’ts and the company’s stance on the topic.
Meetings that could have been emails sessions

Along with a teammate, we gave an open talk to co-workers in the company.

We intended to get more people onboard and destigmatize design methodologies by showing how they can add value when applied to client projects.
